'alink' Syntax and Note

Note:
    
This attribute specifies the link color inside the <body> when it has the focus. 
Its value is either a color name or a hexadecimal color value using the 
"#RRGGBB" method.
    
Syntax:
    
<body alink="value"> . . . </body>
