'bgproperties' Syntax and Note

Note:
    
This attribute sets the scroll properties of the background image. 
If its value is empty, the background image is scrollable; 
If its value is fixed, the background image is not scrollable.
    
Syntax:
    
<body bgproperties="value"> . . . </body>
