About sensor-greenseeker

The module sensor greenseeker allows you to open and view greenseeker sensor files.

Opening files

To open a file double click on it. Another option is to right click the desired file then click open in the pop up menu. When you open a file the application will display a visual representation of the sensordata inside the file. A second tab page 'source' currently has no use for greenseeker type sensor files as it is a binary format.

Dragging files

greenseeker files contain GPS information. This information can be used to display your data on a map. To accomplish this you need to do the following. Select the file you want to display in the map. Now drag it over the map and release your mouse button. The file will be added to the layer list as shown below.



Besides the file being added to the layer list the data in your file is drawn on the map. Use the 'select in map' icon at the top left of the application to navigate to the drawn data.
