Sirocco public administration interface. This interface is intended to be used by a presentation tier of the Sirocco service. It provides a facade to the business logic of the service. The administration interface is composed of:

• a POJO server object
• a JMS topic on which are emitted various asynchronous messages signaling events that can be relevant to the presentation tier.

Note that this API does not expose the persistent entities (EJB entity beans) managed by the service but returns value objects to the client that insulate the presentation tier from the persistent object model implemented by the service.
