The CLM Updater module provides you with the latest crops used by the CLM crop protection module. This module will regularly check it's source for updates. If there are any it will automatically update your crop list found in the stock module. The source of this module is a web service, therefore it can only update when you are connected to the world wide web. You will recognize the CLM crops in your crop list by checking the crop source property.

The CLM Updater runs at predefined intervals. When your project is closed or is not created when the run occurs, the module will recognize that and updates the project on opening or creation.
