  A <a href="/yui/yuitest/#testcase"><code>TestCase</code></a> object is created to test the
  <a href="/yui/docs/YAHOO.util.Anim.html"><code>Anim</code></a> object. The test waits until the animation is complete
  before checking the settings of the animated element.</p>
