A: If you obtained the application directly as an executable without installing it then you might need to properly install it. Installation process sets up registry on your computer to allow Word documents to open up inside ResumeTracker. If you did install ResumeTracker using the provided installation package then try reinstalling it and if that doesn't help email Kira for help.
Q: ResumeTracker stopped displaying my documents. Microsoft Word documents open up but they're all blank.
A: ResumeTracker must have not been closed properly. First close all
ResumeTracker windows that display Word documents, then open Task Manger, in the
Processes tab find WINWORD.exe process and click "End Process" button.
Caution: If you have Word documents of your own opened up then make sure to save
and close them before you do this.
