xQTL workbench is developed as a scalable system to provide xQTL analysis. It comes with an easy
web interface that makes popular QTL mapping routines available. Key features of xQTL workbench
is the ability to scale computations on a multi-core machine, a cluster, and in the Cloud.
Its allows users to add more analyses, and it comes with tools for QTL analysis. xQTL workbench
is built on top of
MOLGENIS which provides the infrastructure for the databases and web server
Availability
xQTL workbench is free and open source software, made available under the
LGPLv3 license.
xQTL workbench runs on most platforms, including Linux, Mac OS X and Windows
