This page shows GPX-format Tracks on a map. To begin add some tracks to the list. if you want to use an Openstreetmap track you can just paste in the URL (e.g. http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/laser%20jock/traces/1232838).

Plotting

If you want to view the whole track(s) just hit the play button. You can also use the slider (by clicking on it or by using the left and right arrow keys) to show parts of the tracks.

Animation

To show the tracks as an animation, select the speed you want (you can play the animation in real time but this may be slow) and then hit the play button. Again you can use the slider but this will pause the animation. The time interval used for each animation increment is one hundredth of the total time.

The original GPX handling code is from Mike Kenney's site. This code has been changed to:

• use a map abstraction layer
• use a GPSTrack object
• allow multiple gpx files to be added
