Have hand value closer to 21 than dealer, without going over 21
- HIT (draw another card) - STAY (stop at current total)
- no surrenders, no insurance, no doubling down, no splitting - no betting - dealer rule is "stands on all 17s" (dealer must take cards until his total is 17 or greater) - there is no difference between blackjack (total of 21 in first two cards) and getting a total of 21 After the dealer plays, your cards are compared: - BUST: if your cards value over 21 - PUSH: if your cards value is tied to the dealers - BLACKJACK: if your cards value exactly 21 - WIN: if your cards value over the dealers, without exceeding 21 (or if the dealer BUST and you do not) Note: if both you and the dealer has blackjack (21), then it is considered a PUSH.
Cards are valued as follows: - Ace can count as 1 or 11 - number cards are valued at their face value - Jack, Queen and King are valued at 10
