The purpose of GeoReporter for iPhone is to serve as a native iPhone GeoReport v2.x reference client. If any city wishes to be included in the default list of available Open311 GeoReport v2 endpoints, please let us know though the Open311 listserve.
Open311 is an open technology protocol for the digital communication of non-emergency service requests to municipal governments through the GeoReport specification. GeoReporter uses a version of GeoReport v2.0 including some additional feaures that will be added to the next specification iteration soon.
