Office's AutoCorrect corrects common capitalization and spelling errors as you type. AutoCorrect has hundreds of text and symbol entries. You can use AutoCorrect to insert symbols.

To turn On AutoCorrect, Click the Office button
Turn On AutoCorrect
Then click Word Options.
Then click Word Options.
Then click Proofing
Then click Proofing
Then click AutoCorrect Options.
Then click AutoCorrect Options.
Click the AutoCorrect tab.
Click the AutoCorrect tab.
Select the 'Show AutoCorrect Options buttons' to display the button.

To change AutoCorrect exceptions, click Exceptions
