Select the information in the source file. Click the Home tab. 
          Click the Copy button.
Click the Copy button.
Click the insertion point in another file. 
          Click the Paste button arrow. Then click Paste Special.
Click the Paste Link option
Click the Paste Link option. 
          Then select the object format.
Then select the object format.
Click OK.
Click OK.
