C# Char IsLetter(Char)

Description

Char IsLetter(Char) indicates whether the specified Unicode character is categorized as a Unicode letter.

Syntax

Char.IsLetter(Char) has the following syntax.


public static bool IsLetter(
  char c
)

Parameters

Char.IsLetter(Char) has the following parameters.

  • c - The Unicode character to evaluate.

Returns

Char.IsLetter(Char) method returns true if c is a letter; otherwise, false.
