C# Char IsNumber(Char)

Description

Char IsNumber(Char) indicates whether the specified Unicode character is categorized as a number.

Syntax

Char.IsNumber(Char) has the following syntax.


public static bool IsNumber(
  char c
)

Parameters

Char.IsNumber(Char) has the following parameters.

  • c - The Unicode character to evaluate.

Returns

Char.IsNumber(Char) method returns true if c is a number; otherwise, false.
