Attribute not equal ([foo!=bar])

Description and Syntax
$('[attr != theValue]')
selects all elements that do not have the attr
attribute,
or have an <attr> attribute but with a value other than <theValue>.
Selectors see attribute values as a single string,
$('a[rel!=nofollow]')
will
select <a rel="nofollow self" href="example.htm">Some text</a>
.
Examples
