Constructs a Mean.

This default implementation calls #clear , then invokes #increment in a loop over the the input array, and then uses #getResult to compute the return value.
doubleevaluate(final double[] values, final int begin, final int length)
Returns the arithmetic mean of the entries in the specified portion of the input array, or Double.NaN if the designated subarray is empty.
