 * Very simplistic, with the custom views hard wired. No not this way, we can instead
 * do a method that is short CreateViewByInflator that checks for our custom view prefix and
 * will add the full package name and create the view. Yes, it short cuts the full
 * logic of the LayoutInflator, hence the catch clause block. However, dumbing it down this way is
 * somewhat faster as we do not do any class searching, etc.
 *
 * And by happy fate we also solve the other case in that if we are defining fragments in xml they
 * do not goof up due to the way android compatibility library(android support library)handles fragment
 * lifecycle..
