Disparity between jcommon dependancy versions jfree.orgHello, I downloaded JFreeChart 1.0.2 and noticed that the version of jcommon in the libs folder had incresed to version 1.0.5 (jcommon-1.0.5.jar). JFreeChart 1.0.1 had jcommon-1.0.0.jar shipped with it. However, I'm using Maven and the POM for 1.0.2 has jcommon-1.0.0.jar as a dependancy, not jcommon-1.0.5.jar. Which version of jcommon is supposed to be used with JFreeChart 1.0.2...? Cheers, -- Bob. |

Somewhere in the morass, we are currently using jcommon-0.9.5 and jfreechart-0.9.20. Well, here's the trouble. We now need functionality that is present in jcommon-1.0.6 and jfreechart-1.0.3. I do NOT distribute JFreeChart and JCommon (I work in an organization that has significant administrative overhead for such things). My application uses Java's built-in URLClassLoader to load the JFreeChart and JCommon JARs directly from Object Refinery. This used to work --- the JARs used to be available ... |
