Create a Custom View : Excel Window View « Introduction « Microsoft Office Excel 2007 Tutorial






Click the View tab. 
           Click the Custom Views button.
Click the View tab. Click the Custom Views button. Click Add.
Click Add.
Type a name for the custom view. Clear the Print settings check box and the Hidden rows, columns settings check box.

           Clear the Print settings check box and the Hidden rows, columns settings check box. Click OK.
Click OK.
