Change Printing Options : Print « Introduction « Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 Tutorial

Click the Office button, and then click PowerPoint Options.

Click Advanced. Select or clear the printing options:

Print in background.
       Print TrueType fonts as graphics.
       Print inserted objects at printer resolution.
       High Quality.
       Align transparent graphics at printer resolution.
       Click the When printing this document list arrow, and then click the presentation.

Click the option for the specified presentation:
       Use the most recent used print settings.

Click OK.
