To modify a motion path effect : Motion Path « Slides « Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 Tutorial

Click the text box. Then go to Animations|Animations|Custom Animation.

Click the Start box to change when you want PowerPoint to start the motion path effect.

Preview your motion path effect by clicking Play.
