Select the text. Go to Insert|Action.

In the Mouse Click tab, choose how to respond:
       None.
       Hyperlink to.
       Run program.
       Run macro.
       Object action.
       Play sound.
       Highlight click.
       Click the Mouse Over tab.

In the Mouse Over tab, choose how to respond when a presenter mouses over it.
