5. 9. 2. Using cross-references
Position your cursor.
          Click Insert tab
          Then click Cross-Reference to display the Cross-reference dialog box.
Then click Link  Cross-Reference to display the Cross-reference dialog box.
Select the reference type from the list.
          To add the reference, first choose what you want to insert in the Insert reference to list.
          You can add the entire caption, only the label and number, 
          only the caption text, the page number, or specify above/below.

Click Insert to insert the reference.
