Click the Insert tab. Click Insert Object button.
Click Insert Object button.
Click the Create from File tab. Click Browse
Click Browse, locate the file
Locate the file. Then click Open.
Then click Open.
To create a link to the object, select the Link to file check box.
To create a link to the object, select the Link to file check box.
Click OK.
