Apply(Copy) a Format Style Using the Format Painter : Cell Format « Format Style « Microsoft Office Excel 2007 Tutorial






Select a cell or a range. 
           Click the Home tab. 
           Click the Format Painter button. 
           If you want to apply the format to more than one item, double-click the Format Painter button.
Click the Home tab. Click the Format Painter button. If you want to apply the format to more than one item, double-click the Format Painter button.
Drag to select the text or click the object to apply the format.
Drag to select the text or click the object to apply the format.

If you double-clicked the Format Painter button, and then press Esc when you're done.
