Replace text and formatting : Cell Format « Format Style « Microsoft Office Excel 2007 Tutorial






Click the Home tab. 
           Click the Find & Select button. 
           Click Replace.
Click the Home tab. Click the Find & Select button. Click Find or Replace.
Enter the word. 
           Click the Replace tab, and then enter the word you want to replace in the Replace With text box. 
           Then click Option to expand the dialog.
Click the Replace tab, and then enter the word or words you want to replace in the Replace With text box.
Click the Format button, specify the formatting you want to replace, 
           and then click OK.
Click the Format button next to Replace with, specify the formatting you want to replace, and then click OK.
