Click the Home tab. 
           Click the Borders button arrow. 
           Point to Line Color, and then click the color
Click the Home tab. Click the Borders button arrow.
The mouse cursor turns to a pen. 
           Drag or click to draw the border.
Click the Home tab. Click the Borders button arrow.
