An explanatory dialog box appears. Click OK. Choose Microsoft Office. Then click Save As. To save the template in the default templates folder, click Trusted Templates. Type the template name If the file contains macros, click Word Macro-Enabled Template (*.dotm) in the Save as type drop-down list. If you do not know whether the template has macros, or if you do not want them enabled, click Word Template (*.dotx) instead.
