Click the Review tab. Click the Protect Document button

Select the Limit formatting to a selection of styles.

Click Settings.

Then select the Limit formatting to a selection of styles.

Select/deselect the check boxes next to the styles.

Click Recommended Minimum to set to a minimum amount of restriction

Click Yes, Start Enforcing Protection.
