Add a Color to the Menus : Theme Color « Editing Format « Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 Tutorial

Click the object, and then click the Format tab under Drawing Tools.

Click the Shape Fill Color to change an object's color.
       Click More Fill Colors

Then select a color from the Standard or Custom tab.
       Click OK.
