Creating a new paragraph style using the New Style command : Style Manage « Style Formatting « Microsoft Office Word 2007 Tutorial






Click in the paragraph.
          Click the Styles dialog box launcher.
Click the Styles dialog box launcher.
Click the New Style button to see the Create New Style from Formatting dialog box.
Click the New Style button to see the Create New Style from Formatting dialog box.
In the Name field type Java2s. 
          Click OK to create the new style.

In the Styles window, click the Style Inspector button. 
          The newly named style is now displayed for the selected paragraph.
